Your primary responsibilities will include displaying strong and experienced support within the host team, ensuring they are empowered to provide visitors with a warm welcome. Additionally, you will support with any escalated visitor queries to maintain excellent customer service.

You will have to ensure that the visitor host team are well-equipped to warmly welcome visitors, through daily briefings and coaching sessions and be able to take charge of any escalated visitor queries, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided.

Successful candidates would ideally have previous experience in supervising and supporting teams within a high-volume, visitor attraction, museum or retail role and excellent communication skills, coupled with confidence and self-motivation.

We are looking to recruit for full-time 36 h/week, annualised hours positions.

Interviews are due to take place during 15-18 December.

The salary for this position is £29,692 per annum [Band B]
