Together the two hotels form a complex operation of nearly 480 keys -requiring a General Manager who can lead with strategic focus and a strong passion for innovative F&B and guest engagement.

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across both hotels.
- Drive revenue growth, cost control and overall financial performance.
- Maximise the success and evolution of the MAM concept Restaurant.
- Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance.
- Act as a visible leader and ambassador for ibis, Novotel and Accor.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
- Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
